where is boot cd?

i have download converter but have no boot cd, please where do i find?

Are you download the Enterprise or Starter version? If you are downloading Enterprise is it in the same location where you downloaded the EXE, it is right below it. If you are downloading Starter, I don't believe there is one. I am not too sure.

Starter doesn't have a cold clone CD.

You can download the CD from the same place you download the executables. You need to license VirtualCenter in order to obtain a Converter Enterprise license and also get entitlement to download the cold clone boot CD.
