vmware P2V conversation very slow

Hi Friends,

I have Vmware esxi 5. now we want p2v but its going very slow.

we have gigabyte network  and bery nice storage but its very much slow

1 If i transger any iso image from stoage download upload option its also taking time.

2 one simple 50GB physical system is taking around two day.

I also attached screen shots please check it

I see you're runing this conversion over a 100mbps NIC? Don't you have a gig adapter?
