I have vCenter fully licensed & I'm looking to use vmware Converter Enterprise.
Can someone tell me how I go about getting Vmware Converter Enterprise?

The plugin version is in your vCenter iso or zip file.
Just install the server part and then the plugin (inside your client).
The cold boot ISO is on VMware download site (under vCenter Server Downloads).
