vCenter converter stand alone 6.0 converting win10, Failed-cannot format volume

Hi, I'm trying to virtualize a win10 computer. 

I have vCenter converter stand alone 6.0 installed on a network computer. The vCenter computer is connected to the win10 computer (Computer I want to virtualize", through a network connection. The conversion files are stored on a disk on the  vCenter computer.

1% in to the conversion, I receive this message:

Failed: An error occurred during the conversion: " cannot format volume"

The network computer is running win10.

Any suggestions?

This could be a bad hard drive on the machine you are trying to create the volume on.
