vCenter Converter error 2

I have tried multiple times to complete a P2V on a SQL server. Every time it ends with this error:

FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion: 'File-level volume clone error failed with sourcevolume id \WindowsBitmapDriverVolumeId=[44-4D-49-4F-3A-49-44-3A-97-33-8C-40-0B-20-18-49-B1-6E-DB-BE-A5-D5-59-26] and target volume id 44=494?4:39444:37)33<(04;00281941+>6;->+5*5-9562. Error code:

2' I ran a check disk on the drive it fails on as well as changing the minVolumeSizeExtraPercentage to 0. Not sure what else to try.
