You should get an email invitation to the Beta program and after you complete your registration you should be able to access the Beta page.

I can access the Beta page, but I cannot find the vCenter Converter 6.3 Beta.

for windows P2V it was good, but I don't know about Linux. Previously it has problems with Linux System.

Hope in the new version problem will be solved.

In terms of features it is the same product, this first re-release mostly focused on security improvements, so most likely the existing issues would be still there. And yes, Linux is much more versatile and customizable than Windows and it is much harder to capture all differences into a single workflow, so we are trying to focus at least on the standard installations.

Thank you for your interest in vCenter Converter Beta! Apologies for the delayed approval, this is our first Beta since the revival of the product and not all processes have been fine-tuned yet. Also we have the pleasant "problem" to receive more than 500 requests in the course of four days.

Once again - please excuse the team for the slow processing of registration requests due to technical reasons. You should be able to download the Beta within 24-48 hours after you have submitted the registration. Apologies for the delay.

Hello again.

I made my registration almost a week ago, received the confirmation mail but I still cannot access the community page. I  have also sent a mail to the designated email address...

Can you please provide access to the installation kit or speed up the process somehow?

Hi Paul,

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with accessing Converter Beta program. I have forwarded your email address to the corresponding team to have a look and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

BTW there is already an official Converter Beta sign-up page (alternative to the email alias posted in the beginning) so you can try to self-register for the Converter Beta at https://www.vmware.com/learn/1645300_REG.html and hopefully it can be processed faster.

Appologies for the inconveniences that you have experienced so far.
