try to convert another xen vm this time got further but still get error

I finally completed one of six vms from xen.

I am trying number 2 and running into another issue

it gets to 3 percent before bombs out hile it formationg parartion

I solved the issue above but to run into another

it gives me error vmware-converter-server[07592] [Originator@6876 sub=Ufa.HTTPService] Failed to read request; stream: <io_obj p:0x03ac7f7c, h:-1, <pipe '\\.\pipe\vmware-converter-server-soap'>, <pipe '\\.\pipe\vmware-converter-server-soap'>>, error: class Vmacore::TimeoutException(Operation timed out)

this a v2v from xen to esxi and a Linux box

I do not believe it memory since I converted larger vms with larger memory

Please assist
