there is no '/boot' directory mounted

I'm trying to convert physical Linux machine (Fedora Core 1) to ESXi 4.1 infrastructure environment, but although my source machine has the "/boot" directory, I'm getting this message:

<< there is no '/boot' directory mounted on the source machine. It is required to create bootable virtual machine. Please mount the '/boot' directory on the source machine >>

I tried both with VMWare Vcenter converter Standalone 4.0.1 and 4.3 version.

I have "/boot" folder in my Linux server and mount point is "/".
mount command shows:

/dev/sda1 on / type ext3 (rw)
none on /proc type proc (rw)
none on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,gid=5,mode=620)
usbdevfs on /proc/bus/usb type usbdevfs (rw)
none on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw)
/dev/sda7 on /tmp type ext3 (rw)
/dev/sda6 on /usr type ext3 (rw)
/dev/sda2 on /usr/local type ext3 (rw)
/dev/sda5 on /var type ext3 (rw)
/dev/sda8 on /home/caribel type ext3 (rw)
/dev/hdb1 on /backup type ext3 (rw)

I think there is no RAID infact drive unit references sda and hdb ( 2 physical hard disks : sata2 hard disk + pata hard disk).

What do you suggest me ?
