service missing after conversion

Hello VMexperties,

i need an urgent help. i use vcenter to to image one existence physical server (windows 2003 server) and run it in a workstation in XP. When I run the image in workstation I can't find some programs (microsoft SQL,...) from start -> program and I check that those progam are not running in the service. I would aprreciate if anybody can suggest regarding this issue. thanks

Do you stop the SQL service before running the converstion? - convertor cannot clone the DBs etc while sql is running

Can you be more specific about the steps you took.

You cannot image a server with vCenter, so i suppose you are using converter plugin or converter stand-alone
