progress stays at 2%

trying to convert a physical server 30 gig c and 40 gig d. converter has been sitting at 2% for for over an hour. the physical box has a gig connection. has anyone else seen somthing like this?

Has it failed yet?

Have you looked at the destination - is the file growing?

Are you resizing the source partitions? If so, have you defrag the partition 1st?

Are all network adapters set to full duplex?

Mine also took a long time, but eventually progress was displayed, albeit very slowly.

Also try examining your network throughput thru Task Manager(assuming a windows OS) and see if there's anything going on. Mine was surprisingly at ~60% of the 100Mbps network, although the destination file didn't indicate data growth to justify that throughput. Very strange behavior.
