moving vm back from vsphere to 3.5

hai

i have a doubt i upgraded a esx3.5 host to vsphere and migrated a live server from another 3.5 host to this upgraded vsphere using vconverter 4 .0

can i migrate the vm from vsphere back to esx3.5 host is it possible to bring back

pls advice

If VM are still in virtual hardware format v4 you can simple copy (without converter) backup to ESX 3.x.

If are in format v7 you can use the Converter to bring back to old ESX.

Power the vm off an use a cold migration!
