Hi Luis,

It would be great if you attach the logs:

1. After you finish your tasks, i.e. there is no running conversion task go to

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone
2. Open *converter-worker* and *converter-server* xml files and find this tag:
<log>
   <name>vmware-converter-server</name>
   <level>info</level>
</log>
3. Change *info* to *verbose*
4. Save the file and restart Converter services
Then re-run your conversion task and after it fails, go to the task in the Converter main menu, click with right mouse button on it and click Export Logs.
And send us the archive fail which you will get after Exporting process completes.

The logs are located under %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone\logs folder.

Hi Luis,

Unfortunetely these logs don't contain any useful information.

Can I ask you to use Export Logs and send us the whole zip file?

Leave the verbose log level, perform the task, wait to fail or complete but do not cancel it, click on the task and export the logs.

Let me know if something is not clear.
