how to convert esxi linux server to player

Hi, I have a 2 guests on a esxi server one is windows and the next is redhat.

When I am converting windows machine I can choose what type of server that I want to play this vm on (like esxi, workstation, player, etc). But when I try to convert Redhat guest, it is not showing me any of this options, but what it tell me to log in to another esx server.

My question is this possible or this supported

P2V is supported only to managed destination for Linux sources, you can V2V to hosted but the source has to be shut down.

You can do p2v of linux how source, but not how destiantion. If you want migrate a linux to a VMware enviroment, use converter standalone to migrate it in HOT mode, with this linux powered on.
