Welcome to the forums!

Which VMware product and version do you use and which Windows 2008 version are you trying to export?

please please stop using Word for posting here - makes your messages almost unreadable.

Please explain your problem - so far I only noticed that something may not work ...

that is normal - 2008 R2 does not work at the moment.

before starting Converter set the guestOS to 2008 - 64 then it should work most of the times

what do you mean by "starting converter set the guestOS to 2008"

sorry ? - whats the problem ?

as far as I know you try to use converter against a 2008 R2 VM - that does not work.

As a workaround you have to change the guestOS parameter of that VM to 2008 64bit without the R2

No - as after the Converter is done you would set this back to 2008 R2
