Can you post the entire log as an attachment? There may be multiple with number extensions.
How are you attempting to do this conversion, and what OS are you trying to convert? It looks like you are running converter on a backup or image or something from a network drive to some other destination.
Please make sure to be using the most up to date version of converter (3.0.2. Update 1), and post any updates.
