error after p2v conversion of win2003 sp2 sap server

hi all,

i am able to convert a preconfigured physical sap server with win2003 os sp2, but when i try to power it on iam getting the following error i have attached

the screen shot of the error i even tried to reboot by changing the scsi controller from bus logic to lsi but no luck . help me sort it out

the failure is because of mission scsi controller install scsi controller in the source machine
