converter v2v fails- plan b?

have tried to use converter (source: ip of phila esxhost, destination: ip of de host

to v2v from a virtual on an esx 3.0.2 server at phila site

to

virtual on esx3.0.2 server at delaware site.

after hanging endlessly at 2%. i have gotten failure 23 hours later at about 25%.

p2v with converter insource to same destination successfully sent 49gb in 2 hours

any suggestions for plan B?

What about copying the vmdk with FastSCP ?
