connecting to the converter helper server on the destination virtual machine

Hi,

I am trying to convert the one RHEL 7.1 physical machine into virtual machine everything is going smoothly but once starts conversion at the stage of

connecting to the converter helper server on the destination virtual machine - it's get hung and further it's not loading.

Any idea on this

Probably Converter could not contact with HelperVm and initiate the process of conversion.

Hi,

Now i am getting the different error message

network error: <IP> key cannot be retrieved.

Obviously some *required* connection didn't happens, check out what connections are important, in case of DHCP problem you can manually assign IP to HelperVM.
