Windows Server 2003 P2V: unable to obtain hardware information

I am trying to convert a windows 2003 32-bit server, I have done this many times before but this is the first time I'm having troubles.

Already tried 4 different converter versions (4.0, 4.3, 5.1, 5.5) but I keep having this problem:

I launch "convert machine", choose "this powered on machine", but when I try to proceed, after a couple of seconds it says "Unable to obtain hardware information".

I have attached the logs and viewed them myself, but I can't seem to discover what the problem is.

Already tried rebooting, restarting the services. I am logged on as administrator and also launched it "as administrator".

This is a local installation.

Problem is solved, I had added 4 extra hard drives and didn't initialize them yet. Now it's running!

Hi Kevin,

Seems like there is an issue in your account from which you trying to convert the machine.

"Failed to lookup account AVDK\Domain Admins"  it simply says that you dont have enough rights or you are not a member  of domain admin group anymore. try to check and fix the access rights issue and than you will not face this issue again..

Thanks.

Your logs are from Converter 4.3, I've recommend you to use latest Converter 5.5

Run the GUI as administrator and try again.

I am logged on with the domain Administrator, and the user Administrator is still in the group "domain admins".

I've installed 5.5 now but still the same problem. See attachment for new logfiles.
