Win2k hangs at boot screen after conversion

I have converted a win2k workstation which failed at 100%, but I tried booting the image anyway as it has worked in the past. At first it didn't work, I got the old hardware not found error, so i booted the image using BartPE and configured the boot.ini file as I have with other win2k machines in the past with success. This time it did not work, I get past the driver/dll loading and get to the "Microsoft (R) Windows 2000 (R) Version 5.0 (Build 2195: Service Pack 4) 1 System Processor \[256] MB Memory]" screen... the progress bar goes more then half way and then hangs.

I've tried many different boot.ini file configurations, I tried inserting the scsi driver with fixvm-scsi in bartpe but no luck. Any ideas anybody, it would be greatly appreciated.

Try running Converter -> Configure and point to the VM.

Do you mean run the converter on the already converted image?

Yes, but use the Configure option and not the Import option.
