Vmware converted images trying to reconverted to Hyper v but not working

I converted physical machines to VM ware images using VM converted, but now there is a tool  Vmd2VHD to convert this VMwares to Hyper V and it's not working for me

I got in this case three Vm images:  2 VMware Virtual Disk file and one VMware virtual machine configuration.

I can convert the VMware Virtual Disk Files but not the VMware virtual machine configuration.

Notice that I use Vmware images for recovery purposes but I want to use also hyper V images

Create new HyperV VM and add the disk manually
