vConverter is used for converting V2V or P2V, can`t see your problem.

let me explain:

i have two esx server with a couple of VM in it. Everyday i make a snapshot of VM using vcbMounter in a NAS via nfs.

i have a machine with windows xp used as vcenter server,(ver 4.0.1) with converter enterprise on it and the plugin installed.

i want to schedule an import of my VM snapshot (that resides on nas) on another esx server.

two weeks ago i made the job and it goes well.

recently it won't works.

i make some tests, and the reason is that the vCenter converte Services on windows XP stop when conversion job start.

the converter's log say to me that the sevice don't respond, and the xp event viewer say that the service stop with no reason.

anyone ever had this problem and can help me?

thanks
