Vmware Converter - Windows 10 Blue Screen

Hi, im trying to convert a Windows 10 Physical Machine to virtual.  Ive been able to do this many times in the past, however this one machine will not convert.  It gets to around 25-27% and fails as the Windows 10 machine blue screens and the server running the conversion loses connectivity.  Has anyone else had this and what's the workaround please?  Ive attached a copy of the export log from the conversion job.

I can see some SSL errors related. VMware Converter by default uses SSL Encryption in flight for the conversion.

Try to follow the next KB to disable and run it again: VMware Knowledge Base

By the way, which version of Windows 10 are you trying to convert? You can review that running "winver" command on the CMD.

Hi, Thanks, ive already done what is mentioned in the KB.  The version of Windows is windows 10 version 1803.
