Virtual center conver issue

HI every one

I have installed virtual center in a server and i installed the converter client in it. It was working fine until i changed the username and password of the server. Now, when i try to import any mashine I get the following error: Unable to connect to the Converter enterprise server. Could me advise me in how to resolve this issue.

1. Which one did you change?

2. Have you reinstalled the Converter Plugin on the VI Client?

Thanks for the reply. I changed the root password of the server and I

reinstalled the Converter Plugin on the VI Client. Also, I tried the

website http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1005996/. It is still not working.
