VMware converter is not recognized True image EISA Configuration Partition

My DELL server has EISA Configuration partition.

I took true image echo, 9.1 and home 11 without this partition to USB HDD.

VMware converter standalone 4.01 says The source virtual machine is not recognized for all echo image, 9.1 image and home 11 image.

This is hidden partition and located top of disk. Place of C: drive is different from normal location.

I downloaded VMWare converter standalone 4.01 at 2010/09/07.

This converter says The source virtual machine is not recognized.

I downloaded VMware converter standalone 4.01 around 2009/12.

This converter accept true image with EISA Configuration partition server image.

I losted VMware converter that accept true image from EISA partition server image.

How I can get converter that accept EISA partition server image.

Hello,

Converter Standalone 4.3 supports both True Image Echo 9.1 and 9.5. Converter 4.3 also supports True Image Home 10 and 11. See page 22 of the Converter 4.3 Users Guide at http://www.vmware.com/pdf/convsa_43_guide.pdf

Converter Standalone 4.0.1 supported Acronis True Image Echo 9.1 and 9.5, however it only support Acronis True Image Home version 10. Version 11 was not supported until Converter 4.3.

You can download Converter 4.3 from http://downloads.vmware.com/d/info/datacenter_downloads/vmware_vcenter_converter_standalone/4_0

Thank you for response.

If there is no EISA Configuration partition in HDD VMware converter works well.

I installed Converter 4.3 in Japanese Windows2003 (64 bits) with language is English but converter only display Japanese error message.

So I'm using converter 4.1.

Thanks,

Tetsumi
