VMware Converter fails to 97%

I have machine that works with Server Windows 2000 professional, with

three partitions of hard disk. I want to virtualize it to a connected

HDD via USB. It fails to 97%. Associate log's. Thanks.

Converter logs:

To do so, simply open up your VMware Converter 3.x application and choose

File --> Export Logs

This will produce a zip file for which you can attach to your response.

Was this windows 2000 machine by chance previously upgraded from NT4?

Does windows reside in C:\windows or C:\winnt ?

If you are not sure, open explorer and type %SystemRoot% and see where that resolves too.
