It's been a while since I had to P2V convert a Linux system and do not see an option to Synchronize changes.
Is this available for Linux (Red Hat) ?
If not what are alternatives for synchronization
Synchronize is not available for *nix. You can try it yourself with rsync command in the way of Converter: create destination VM, power it from CD and do many as many rsync you want through ssh.

Kinda figured this would be the case but hoped not.
When you say power on from CD are you meaning Converter ISO or any Linux Live CD?
Thanks again
It will be easier to do the conversion, power on the converted VM, and sync it with the source (one or more times). Take into account that some system files must not be synced, e.g. grub config, the initr image, fstab and some other configuration files. Better sync only data files.
