Can you check "Add and remove programs" to see if it is listed there at all? If not then you can install manually

Just to make sure ...

To install the plug-in:

  1. Use the Virtual Infrastructure Client to connect to your VC 2.5.x server.

  2. Go to the plugin manager (Plug-Ins menu, Manage Plug-Ins)

  3. Download and Install the Converter Plug-in

  4. Go to the next tab in the Plug-in Manager

  5. Activate the Converter Plug-in via it's check box

To use the Converter Plug-in, right click a server in your VirtualCenter and choose the "Import Machine" option. (it should be the last option).

Where along this process do you encounter problems?
