VMware Converter 4.0.1 TCP UDP Ports list for P2V DMZ Servers?

Can someone list out all the TCP/UDP ports required to run VMware converter thru a firewall? This is so we can P2V our Windows DMZ servers own to two ESX servers in our DMZ.
