VMWare converter agent not compatible message

I am getting the "VMWare converter agent interface version is not compatible" message and I found a solution in the knowledge base to uninstall the VMware Converter agent.

I am looking at the list of programs installed on my ViCenter server and I see:

VMWare Center Converter

VMWare Center Converter client

Can someone tell me which one it is?

Did you try to P2V a server? If so, check on the physical server is there are any VMware Converter Agents running/installed and remove them.

After you removed the agents from the server start a new VMware Converter job.

Thanks... the physical server did have an older version of the converter agent.
