VCenter Converter Standalone

I am using Vcenter Server to convert V2V and I find the attached error for Windows 2012R2. Can anyone advise how to fix this error.

try as run as admin

try to login to the server directrly and install converter on that source machine,

close firewall,

Just curious - why do you want to use Converter for V2V ?
Is a simple directory copy impossible ?
