Unable to reconfigure the destination virtual machine

Hello,

I'm trying to convert (import) a physical machine (Redhat ent. 5.5) but i'm getting a error:

Unable to reconfigure the destination virtual machine

I'm using standalone client 4.3.0. and vSphere 4.1

This is the error when i trying te start the VM.

I've attched the log file.

Can anyone provide any assistance with this?
