Unable to query the live linux source machine

Hello,

I am trying to convert a REHL5 physical powered on computer with VMware converter 4.0.1 and getting the following error message " Unable to query the live linux source machine".

I have read a few posts and have tried & checked the following:

• Checked to see there was no ECHO command in the .bashrc

• I can Telnet to the server

• I can open a SSH session

• Made sure there was no Xen modules installed

Looking through the logs on the server and the converters it looks like it is making a connection, I could not decipher much so any help would be greatly appreciated.
