Unable to detect disks or volumes

Hello everyone, I'm trying convert  an linux machine CentOS 5.4 but it  isn't working shows me the follow  messange on screen top at the Vmware  Vcenter Convert standalone 5.0:

Unable to detect disks or volumes on the source machine. make sure that the source is a supported linux distribution

the log file shows: error 'wizardController'] Cannot query source HW info: converter.fault.SysinfoQueryBadThumbprintFault

my S.O vmware is ESXi 4.1

any tip is welcome.

This is the GUI log file, you should look for worker log file under %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone\logs.
