Unable to detect disks or volumes on the source machine. Make sure that the source is a support Linux distribution.

Trying to convert a Linux machine and I get this error: "Unable to detect disks or volumes on the source machine. Make sure that the source is a support Linux distribution."

uname -a:

Linux ip-10-250-19-51 2.6.21.7-2.fc8xen #1 SMP Fri Feb 15 12:39:36 EST 2008 i686 GNU/Linux

Make sure that the source is a support Linux distribution

and ? - which Linux do you try ?

does it use LVM ?

I am getting a similar error when trying to Convert a RedHat 9 running system.

Linux <machine name> 2.4.32 #9 SMP Wed Sep 13 03:16:37 EDT 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
