Server log is not very informative. Pls attach worker log; if P2V (powered on source) - agent log too.

Your error is:

You need to allow your physical machine to connect to the ESX at port 902.

i have convert to local drive and import to my esx ( 3 NIC to the vcenter converter) too complicate !
