I'm trying to convert some Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise VMs using VMWare Converter 4.3 on a Windows Server 2003 R2 box. I've set the destination to be a SCVMM share on a Server 2008 R2 box (both have their firewalls disabled) but I consistently get the following error:

The above are from 2 seperate attempts, running Converter as Administrator makes no difference. I've found the only thing that works is setting the destination to be local to the box. Can anyone suggest why this might be?
