Regarding the Platespin Powerconverter incremential P2V functions

Hi,

I am surveying a P2V product that can incrementally convert (P2V) my physical servers to virtual image such as VI3. I am wondering if the Platespin Powerconverter can provide such functions. Can someone ever used that function provide your opinion? How does it work ? Does it keep a historical status of the physical server in its database? And how does it work to apply those incremental changes to virtual machines?
