RedHat 8.0 and VMware Converter 4.3 : Unable to detect disk or volumes on the source machine

Hi,
I have an old RedHat Linux 8.0 machine that run mail and newsgroup like a server. I wonder how to virtualize it on my VMware ESXi 5.1 server.
So I install VMware Converter 4.3 on my RedHat Linux 8.0 like this method :
The daemon is working and I can access my machine on http://192.168.xxx.xxx:4443
The problem is in the VMware vCenter Converter, when I connect to my Linux machine: I have this message :
Unable to detect disk or volumes on the source machine.

==>So how I can pass this step?
==>Maybe my machine is not compatible ?
==>So is there another method to virtualizes my machine?
==>CloneZilla ?

Hi,

My first guess is to try with the latest available converter version - 5.0.1.
