Problems with P2V "Error: Reconfiguration failed." machine give HAL error

Hello,

I have a strange issue, I need to convert windows XP SP3 to a VMWare machine, I actually did this before with this machine and need to do it again. When it gets to 95% I get this error "Error: Reconfiguration failed." before that it says "Warning: Failed while updating drive letters for the target volume layout." and the machine does boot I get hal.dll is missing error. I already went thru conversion 6 times (90GB disk) the machine is on RAID0 SATA drives intel ICH7 or 8 on board. I chose scsi as the adapter. Please help out I attached the logs that converter gave me. Thanks

have a look at "offlinesysprep" - that is supposed to handle HAL-changing scenarios
