Post conversion Clean Up on P2V ?

After converting a physical machine to a VM, should we remove the Converter Agent on the VM ?  Is there any harm to keep it there ?

Thanks

Yes... as a best practice, you should remove all unnecessary programs after conversion, that will include network teaming software, RAID management and of course VMware Converter.

In addiction, as administrator, walk through devices, show all hidden devices and try to remove all no more present devices (like ethernet cards, controllers,...). Removing unnecessary device could help you to improve OS performance.
