How to convert physical windows 2003 machine to virtual machine in ESX 4.0. Plz in detail.
Download and install VMware Converter Standalone 4.3 on your Windows Workstation.
Stop any unneeded services on the server you want to convert and make sure no one accesses the server.
Then run the Converter. If needed, resize the server's disk size during conversion.
