P2V windows 2000 fails

I have had a hell of a time trying to convert a old windows 2000 physical to a virtual I installed the converter standalone 3.0 on the box it gets to 97% and fails out. Anyone have any advice on how I can get this to convert?

Can you give me more details on the os you are using and version of software and some hardware info as well to help you out more ? Best regards

Can you try with the release 4.3 and then attach your logs.

Don't! 4.3 does not support Windows 2000, use 4.0.1

I installed version 3 on the windows 2000 server. That method has worked in the past also i've tried version 4 from a windows 2003 server. The hardware is off brand 2GB of ram 2 230GB hard drives IDE nothing fancy. Mind you its 10 years old almost
