P2V of Windows 2000 fails with a backtrace.

The below error was encountered post 10-15 mins after the conversion task was submitted to the Converter-

Caught an exception while waiting on the agent task to complete. Gathering agent logs before propogating the exception further. Exception message: vmodl.fault.SystemError

The task with id = "task-3" was found to be a "recent" task.

The "The specified network name is no longer available." is simply a general network error that may be due to a large number of reasons.

You need to be more specific in your case description and if it is possible upload the diagnostic logs.
