What about your *source* machine has no access to ESX (as mentioned in error message)?

This is error from log:

2015-03-11T16:43:26.051+08:00 [38480 warning 'Default'] [,0] [NFC ERROR] NfcNewAuthdConnectionEx: Failed to connect to peer. Error: Failed to connect to server 192.168.124.159:902

Your error is:

2015-04-07T11:27:15.038-04:00 [02516 warning 'Default'] [,0] [NFC ERROR] NfcNewAuthdConnectionEx: Failed to connect to peer. Error: Failed to connect to server 10.2.4.41:902

Read the User's Manual and check the ports required for conversion.
