Looking for your suggestions on the below issue.

After installing the VMware "vCenter converter agent.exe" on the target server, unable to connect the Physical Server from the source machine, please is the error message, tried with domain admin and local administrator account.

I had this issue awhile back and in the end I had to run the VMware standalone converter on the local machine I wanted to covert to get it working.

I did try a fix from a different post to set the User Access Control: Run all Administrators in Admin Approval Mode to enabled using secpol.msc Local Policies > Security Options but even after doing that I still couldn't connect but maybe it will work for you. 

That seems a permission issue.  Better to install Convertor on the same windows  box which u want to convert and do the conversion.
