P2V conversion at 120 ms latency?

Is it feasible to do P2V at the avg latency of 120 ms between source and target? I am trying to do P2V from London to USA.

Yes, plenty of time for coffee breaks but yeah, so long as it's consistent then why not.

I would use a local target first - then compress the result to the max and split it into several chunks - then upload it.

If Converter fails in the middle of the upload all is lost - the other approach I mentioned is more reliable
