P2V MS Clustered servers

I am in he process of P2V'ng our enviroment and need help on the best practise/way to  P2V Microssoft Cluatered servers to Virtual.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

This is how I did for MSCE 2003 last year.

This is hhow I P2V'd a cluistered exchange 2003 server in test environment

using VMware converter, I migrated the system drives C:\ and D:\

After P2V completed, I had storage present the cluster drives to the ESXi hosts

added the drives to the migrated VM guest,

Powered off the physical server, borught drive online on the VM guest

everything working 100%
