P2V-MBR allignment

I am spacing issue with MBR alligment for P2Ved windows virtual machines.

I have tried with both VMware converter and bladespin.

But still no luck.

currrently I am managing with mbrallign tool provided by netapp after the conversion.

it is taking long time.

I need to make the coversion fast

is there any VMware recommented tools apart from bladespin and VMware converter?

Your sugesstion will be appriciated

VMware Converter does not align your disks.  MBRAlign/Scan as well as vOptimizer are the tools I would recommend.  As for time, I guess that depends on how long you deem "a long time"

it takes 3 to 6 hours per vm

if you are in a hurry do a robocopy P2V into an already alligned vmdk using a helperVM
