P2V Fedora core 5?

Hi, I have to convert Fedora core 5 to ESXi. Which vmware converter version support Fedora core 5?

Converter doesn't officially support Fedora. But you may try, there are good chances for success. Since it's an old version, it doesn't really matter whether you try with 4.x or 5.0.

My experience with unsupported Linux p2v is that sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't

It would not hurt to try it though.

Just do not be to disappointed if the VM kernel panics on boot because it can not find its root partition.

(this in my experience seems to be the most common problem)
